2013 Focus In Car Dash Cameras

Featured Replies

Hi

Looking to fit front facing dash cam into 2013 Ford focus, anyone got idea of best one to purchase, due to the large rear view mirror casing which comes quite a way down the windscreen and sun shade strip it restricts where it could be placed. All the ones tend to be placed behind the mirror which you cant really do due to the above.

Any advice would be welcome

Thanks

I have a rain sensor on my focus placed low in the windscreen so I have my mobius dash cam on the passenger side behind the nirror

Have a look at the Mobius. You can get lens extensions. You can then mount the camera body away from the lens.

Could be interesting for any Mobius, or future mobius owners:

theres plenty of good choices! I have to say (perhaps a comment I will later add to my GS8000L thread!) my camera is good, but if I had the extra few quid, I would probably go for the mobius, so I could do things like the lens extender.

Quality on mine is still good, but it has a few niggles that do my head in!
