Dashboard Comparment

Featured Replies

Hi,

The pop up lid that covers the compartment for general rubbish on my dashboard is bust and won't shut. It's been open for weeks. Is it an easy fix by ordering a new one or do I have to take out the dashboard and start a monster of a job??

Thanks for any tips or advice

is it the lid thats broke or the catch itself?

It's the catch. I'm taping it down at the minute!!

they are certainly more "fun" to replace.

What Ford do you have?

  • Author

07 tdci ghia

I think you need to remove the Base of the compartment, then replace and refit?

Mines busted too, its held closed by small piece of card :-/
