HELP! the bearings have gone in the Air Conditioning pump/compressor on my 2001 Mondeo 2.0 Duratec HE, does anyone Know the length of the drive/serpintine belt for these when by passing the air conditioning, the normal size belt is 6PK2225

I just want to fit the shorter belt and by pass the A/C pulley to get the car mobile for now to get it home.

    FOCA might be best placed to answer this, I know he pulled the aircon out of his motor!

    If all else fails you could measure it using a piece of string (like we do for broken belts on machines when spares are unavailable) and see if you can find a belt the same size?
