Hi Guys , relating to the bad reception I get on my AM radio channels whist the engine is running can anybody tell me in basic English what Advanced Digital Filter Adjustment is and how it works , also how do I check if mine is switched on , regarding page 4 in the owners Audio handbook it briefly mentions it , just thought it might help resolve the problem , have just replaced my Aerial but only a slight improvement . I know a number of people have this problem with the 6000cd radio , it's not a big thing I only listen to Talksport now and again , just don't like to let it beat me , keep plugging away till I sort it.

It should be accessible by the settings menu if you have it and if its an option on your particular stereo? I have the 2007 MK4, and to be honest, I havent seen the option on my 6000CD, I would have thought they would have carried it over as standard if it was worth it?

Thank's for your response , I've checked out your suggestion on my radio menu but to no avail . May be it's about time I dropped the ball on this one , after all I don't listen to Talksport that much and my FM reception is A1 . Just get back to plugging in my phone and playing my music selections ( or as my wife say's boring selections ) many thank's again .

I use to but changed to a focus in 2000 , my first one was great bought new and kept it 10yrs ( white ) so pleased I bought a black one in 2010 , wouldn't mind a new Mondy now though very JAG like but a bit cheaper :)

Definitely has the jag qualities
