Induction Kit Or Air Filter

Featured Replies

All I can say is that mountune has obviously done research into this as the mp350 pack for the RS and the MP260 for the ST replaces the standard filter with the equivalent performance filter, and tuners for my old car the TYPE R find 300BHP supercharged with the standard airbox albeit modified internally does fine.

Ditch the heat soak filters go standard with a decent filter inside....

Never any intention of removing the box. Open the bonnet and look in and everything looks completely standard...

That's what you want to see when you buy a car, a nice simple service with filters and it will go on and on and on :D :driving:

Couldn't agree more. I mean it's a diesel so it's not exactly a sports car..and that's ignoring the fact it's an estate... BUT.. If you open the engine and it's got all the shiny bits here there and everywhere and a great big cone filter no box etc... you know that whilst the guy has been enthusiastic enough to change stuff and possibly maintain it, he's also probably ragged the !Removed! out of it...
