mcouchard
Hi I have a 2005 54 plate focus with 85k on the clock and the power steering makes a burbling noise when the car has been for a short run it is only noticable when turning wheels when the car is stationary on the drive and is less noticable when its been standing all night. My mate says his 2003 one is the same is this normal. Could it be air in the pump it occurs more if you turn the wheel more slowly. Also my wife says the car stopped steering the yesterday, she was stuck at a junction and couldn't get the car to turn left but she was at low speed so I suspect she may have stalled the car. Could there be another cause possibly linked to theabove noise? Many thanks, Matthew
mintalkin
is there any signs of a leak, or is your fluid level low?
