I've topped up dpf fluid and reset the counter and given it long run up motorway just keeps regenerating and fans are running every time.

Hi James,

It would be better to start your own thread really.  Have you checked the differential pressure? Are the pressure pipes damaged?  Is it possible your DPF is full of ash?  What mileage is it on?
