I've topped up dpf fluid and reset the counter and given it long run up motorway just keeps regenerating and fans are running every time.

Hi James,

It would be better to start your own thread really.  Have you checked the differential pressure? Are the pressure pipes damaged?  Is it possible your DPF is full of ash?  What mileage is it on?

      Sounds to me like you may have ran out of EOLYS fluid. Its trying to regenerate per the usual fluid method but there is none, so its trying to work based purely on the standard heat offered from combu
