As some of you know, I complained to Ford about the service I received over my Stereo. Ford have rung today while I was at work and want me to ring them back to discuss it with them!

I wonder what they will say!Im a bit worried if im honest

    Don't be worried - you've done nothing wrong and good for you for making the complaint if things aren't right.

    Have all your facts written down when you call them - dates of dealership visits, descriptions of the problem, what people have said, and the exact details of the actual problem(s) with the stereo. That way, if you're likely to get flustered, you have something to grasp quickly rather than having to find your train of thought.

    Ask for something tangible - credit at the dealership towards service costs for example, or an accessory that you want or haven't got.
