Smax 2014 Tdi - Strange Electrical Noise After Switching Off Engine

Hello everyone :)

I would like some advice on a strange noise which has started happening on the family SMAX TDi 2014 model.

Some background. About six weeks ago the cars battery was going flat.

A local Ford dealer had it for three days to assess and fix. I have noticed a strange noise, which my wife has been told "is completely normal".....

I have recorded the noise, and would be interested to see what you thought (please). The noise sounds electrical, and is not from the engine / block.
