Standard Cd Player Removal

hi guys

I have tried to remove my cd player, got right down to literally just need to slide it out and it gets stuck. I've had a look behind and there is a black hook type thing stopping it from coming out. Any ideas??

    Have you used the stereo removal pins in the 4 holes at the front or used 4 suitably sized Allen keys?

    It still needs a good jiggle but won't move otherwise.
