Water Ingress

Featured Replies

I have a C max titanium 2011 , when we have rain water accumulates on the ledge at the bottom of the drivers door , consequently when you open the door you get wet feet , At first the garage said it was because I was parking on a hill ( does that mean they should warn you not to but this model if you live on a hill )

The garage then tried to fix this by adjusting the door , no luck just meant the door was catching and out of alignment .

Then trying again put the door bak and drilled holes in the bottom of the rubber seal ?? still gathering water , Any ideas

Its not the rubber, at the bottom of the door there are some very small holes, common on Frauds to block up, just give it a stab with a small pick or something and watch the waterfall that follows.
