Discount Batteries For Black Friday

Featured Replies

Guys,

I know I have made a few comments recently to people about batteries that seem to be buying. I would suggest if you guys need to replace them, don't today, go to euro car parts online as lots of their toys are discounted including batteries...

In spite of your direction, I did have a brief look at Euro Car Parts, and couldn't see much difference in the battery prices - they always seem to have some offer or sale, but for things that you can get elsewhere, that still doesn't necessarily make them the cheapest.

Anyway, here are a few alternatives:

(where the link is to an individual battery, it might not be the battery for your car, but for whatever battery I was comparing at the time).

I've concentrated on suppliers of Varta/Bosch batteries, 'cos I know that they are good, but some of those guys supply quite cheap alternatives that ought to be ok, on a value for money basis, too.

But atleast at ECP you can have your battery there and then - as many people won't be able to wait till next week sometime for delivery. You also get a £3 trade in on your old one which isn't much but it saves a trip to the tip or the scrappies

But some people promise next day delivery, and, for people whose battery has actually died, that might be even better.

Both valid points if someone saved some money by it, the post completed its purpose :-)
