can anyone give me some advice

1 = how do i change the side repeater lenses from orange to clear,how do i remove the old orange ones

2 =it has the 6000cd unit installed all working how do i connect 2 more speakers on the rear parcel shelf,where do i wire them in on the back of the stereo and what would be a safe wattage so i dont blow the unit.
