Apologies if this is in the wrong section, but I'm looking for Motorcraft products, namely their liquid wax, glass cleaner and dash and vinyl cleaner. I've discovered ford recommend lexol (US branded leather cleaner), now Amazon and eBay do that so its easy

Unsurprisingly ford.com recommend these products for use in their cars, ford.uk is trying to get blood from a stone as to what they recommend, now I know Motorcraft IS ford, but do their parts dept stock any of these products? If not any idea where I'd get them from?
