Key Fob Not Locking Car

Featured Replies

Hi, before i have to take my car to a garage I thought I would try to get some help on here 1st. A couple of weeks ago my key fob stopped working. If I press the lock button it does nothing. When I press open the indicator lights flash and the boot release works fine but the lock button is dead. I can lock the car from the inside and lock the drivers door manually with the key so Im assuming its a problem with the fob. I would check the spare fob but my wife had it and it seems she has misplaced it. Is the fob knackered or is there a way of reprogramming it? Thanx
