Hi folks, have recently purchased an 06 fiesta (facelifted mk6) which has the heated door mirrors activated with the rear window demister. The problem I have is only the drivers side door mirror appears to work - the passenger side remains cold to the touch. I presume a whole new mirror and assembley is required to fix this. Does anyone know if this is the case and if so how much it's likely to cost?

    The heater is stuck to the rear of the glass, so in theory that is all you require, cost not sure but about a tenner i would think

    Cheers for that. Just if anybody's interested I paid a visit to the local ford dealer today and they supplied and fitted a new glass for £15 all in. All working now. Can't complain really :)

    buy a heated mirror off ebay £10 easy to fit have had the same problem cheap repair
