Engine Immobiliser Light

Featured Replies

Hi everyone.

New member here with a little problem. The other day I started the car and the immobiliser light flashed for a couple of minutes (seemed to change pattern too - not just a regular flash). Car started and ran ok. Used it again 6 hours later and all was normal. Just used it again after a couple of days and the same thing happened. Started and ran ok.

Any thoughts on what it may be and what I should do?

Thanks in advance

If this issue occurs again, you need to count the number of flashes as its probably indicating a code, so watch out and make note for example if it flashes once, then pauses, then flashes another 5 times, then repeats, this would indicate an error code 15.

Has the error come back since?
