Drivers Side Window Switch

I have a 2006 fusion and my drivers side window switch was sticking so ive bought a new one and i am unsure on how to change it and advice will be very much apreciated thankyou

    Do you mean the electric window switch?

    I think you have to lift and prise off the door handle panel trim and then disconnect the switch wiring plug?

    Yes its the window switch and do you know where i would start to pry the trim off

    Haynes manual appears to suggest lifting it from the back (nearest the rear of the car first) then shows a tool being inserted at the front (on the side) to prise it off.

    Just that section. Bit of a pain to do the whole door card!
