Hi,

New here and looknig to see if anyone can advise. I bought a 2011 Ford Focus Zetec in the summer.

The BT connected to my phone (Iphone6) without any problems, then suddenly yesterday when I tried to call someone on the handsfree, I could hear them, but they couldnt hear me.

Messed about, debonded, rebonded, forgot, re-paired but nothing. Connected an Android phone and called my phone and all I got was crackling and beeping. The rest works as normal. I can hear the other person speaking on the car speakers, all my contacts are there and the radio works properly.

Anyone offer any suggestions as to what it could be?
