Hi,

This is going to sound like a funny one...but here goes...So I've recently bought my new Focus (2012) and noticed that one of the buttons on the keypad on the ford audio radio isn't as responsive as the rest of the numbers (As in, I have to press the no.3 button down harder than I do with say the no.1/2/4etc buttons).

Have any of the members come across this problem? Would love to get it sorted as the keypad is handy for dialing out via my phone for the bluetooth system. Can it be fixed easily or is it a case of changing the entire keypad, or even the entire head unit??

    It should still be under warranty so take it to the dealer and get them to resolve it.
