eBay might be a good bet, or ford...

To change them, take the stereo surround off... Pull from the very bottom. It's generally quite tough to remove, but it comes off eventually.. You'll see a couple of screws just below the heater controls (torx screws I believe), undo these and you can pull out the casing for the buttons... After you unclip the wires you can see easily how to take the buttons out. :)

Hi Ian

thanks for the info, cant find any on ebay, also how does the stereo surround come off

sorry to be apain its first focus I have owned

No problem, I didn't know when I first got mine... It's a bit of a fiddle, but try and get your finger tips under the bottom (so just above where the heater control knobs are)

- my stereo surround is silver, but the heater part is charcoal, so find where charcoal meets silver and try and get your fingers under that... As mentioned before it isn't easy, but it's just a case of pulling the darned thing...

People have mentioned wrapping the flat head of a screw driver in something (tape etc) and using that underneath...

If you need more help just ask, I can try and find a video on YouTube maybe. :)

Hi Ian

Thanks for the reply if you could find a link on utube that would be ace, many thanks

Sorry mate my description earlier was incorrect, I forgot the layout inside...

Here's a video of how to remove the stereo... The start shows how to get the fascia off... From there you should see a couple torx screws which will remove the button 'housing'

Plastic bicycle tyre levers make really handy tools for helping to remove trim panels etc - and cost peanuts :)
