Query Regarding Radio Upgrade - 2011 Fiesta Edge 1.4 Tdci

So after driving around in a 13 year old clio which I got a few months before passing my test, I've finally got a loan to buy myself a new car as my clio was slowly becoming a financial burden, having broken down twice in a period of 1 week, and 3 times in a 4 month period.

I got myself a Red 2011 Fiesta Edge 1.4 TDCi and so far i've put some black wheel trims on it to give it more of a "sporting" effect.

I did originally want a Zetec S but being 19 (Soon turning 20) insurance was far too high.

My Fiesta currently has the standard radio fitted, (see images).

I want to know the following:

- Does this car in it's current configuration have voice control?

Everything I read in the manual seems to suggest only the higher end models have it, yet the left stalk has a voice control button, I've not tried it yet so that's something to give a go.

- Can I upgrade the Facia/Faceplate to replace it with the Sony DAB w/ Bluetooth and FordSync ?

I'd ideally like Bluetooth and FordSync but not sure if it's as simple as swapping out the Facia and the stereo box behind it, is there more to it, will an unlocking code be required for the new stereo/control unit?

- Is it possible to, and how easy is it to replace the volume control on the steering wheel with the one that has the telephone call controls etc (currently it just has vol up + down, menu button and prev + next track). (This is assuming question 2 is even possible).
