The battery light stays on all the time but the alternator seems to be charging ok, also the heated screen does not not work. Are these problems related and what could be causing this problem. jeebowhite Posted February 15, 2015 Share Posted February 15, 2015 if the alternator is constantly putting out the correct voltage (14.5v or thereabouts on engine running) then check the voltage of the battery.
