Hi all

I drove through water on the left side of my Focus on Friday night. Now whenever I turn off the ignition the windscreen wipers move by themselves, alarm goes off and my Parrot hands free comes on....sounds like a short circuit...This all comtinues to happen at random..I have disconnected the battery in the meantime. All is fine when driving, this is only happening when the car is switched off. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the 1.8 TDCI Focus, 2005/6

    you will need to allow the fuse boards to dry out, perhaps aiding them with a slow blow hair dryer will speed up the recovery...
