Hello, I wonder if anyone can help, I'm in the process of getting a Ford Sierra which has been left by a family member who has recently died, the car has been off the road since 2012, so has no mot, condition wise I'm unsure but have been told it's good and runs fine, so what do you think it's worth as I haven't got a clue, a little info on the car, Sierra 1.8lx, 5dr, light blue, J reg, roughly 42000 genuine miles, hopefully will be delivered at the weekend, so will have more info then,

It is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.. Can't say without pics. I am guessing that as it is a lowly 1.8 LX not a great deal. Although there are not many left, it isn't overly special. If it is concours it would be worth a chunk more. If it had a full ticket with no advisories, I reckon a grand tops based on what you have said.

Thanks for the reply, I know it's no special/limited edition model, but thought it must be worth more than scrap metal value, once the car is here I'll know the condition of it, if it's any good I'll put some pictures up, and get it booked in for a mot,

As promised, it does need a few quid chucked at it, wheel arches look spot on, haven't looked properly at the seals
