Is this the right area to ask for some help with my satnav.

    I'll go with the question anyway and hope for the best.

    I'm sure when I first used the satnav it would show the time of arrival in the top right of the map.

    It no longer does that and as the manual is fairly useless I am at a loss as to which buttons to press to see this info again.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    I don't know if the Focus satnav is similar to the Fiesta satnav, but I think in mine there is an option for what to display in the corner. It might only have options to show arrival time and remaining time, but it's worth looking in the options for something like that. If not just go to your nearest Ford dealer and they should be happy to help you with it, considering you bought the car recently.

    I went to Fords yesterday as the car was in for a service and nobody knew how to do it.

    As I said the handbook explains nothing so today I spent an hour messing about and found out how to display time of arrival.

    You have to disable "arrow displayed on map" once that is done it displays time of arrival where the direction arrow was.

    Bizarre.
