My wife has a 3 door fiesta hatchback, which to gain access to the rear seats you pull a lever in the top of the drivers/passengers seat, which releases the catch. The lever pulls on a wire cable, which runs through the leather seat and connects underneath at the catch.

The problem that we have is that this cable has broken, so needs replacing, does any one know how to do this ?, it looks as though the leather upholstery in the seat back, may need removing or can the new cable be threaded through, whilst in position?
