this is a bit of a stupid question but im finding it hard to work out what setting to have my fans on when the front windscreen mists up ?

i find when it rains espicially at night it gets a bit misted up is it best to blow hot air out or cold to clear it?

p.s also when i set my fan control to the far windscreen blower my a/c comes on is it supposed to do that?

I thought the front screen heater dealt with that?

To demist the windscreen, you should set it to windscreen blower, hot air, and as high a blow setting as you can.

I think the A/C comes on if the outside temp is below a certain temperature.

I thought the a/c helps with the de-misting? - maybe I'm wrong but it works for me

As Bashful says above, also in the manual. The A/C de-humidifies, i think either hot or cold. Ive heard its the best way.

thanks everyone for your help , i will try the a/c windscreen setting next time as when i have the hot air blowing it gets way to hot in the car
