Car Diagnostics What Does Load Mean

Put my 00 1.4 Ford focus on car diagnostics only error that was there was VSS (vehicle speed sensor) which I New its goin due to the speedometer needle sometimes dropes when driving or can fluctuate/jump and down,

The only other thing was engine load which was 40 does anyone know is this normal?

If not what is normal at idle any info appreciated.

    My 1.4 fiesta's engine load on idle is around 25% if that helps at all? That's with no radio/heating/cooling switched on with the engine already warm
