Fiesta Mk6 Injector Problems (Further Problems)

Hi everyone,

I think all us mk6 fiesta users know about the infamous injector problem that we have (a simple fix with some copper crush washers and the rest. I carried out this little repair due to the build up of carbon around an injector.

Although it being a successful job a couple of weeks later I have fumes again coming from the area of the injector again and getting into the cabin.

Therefore my main question to ask you guys is where would you start your fault finding? Do you think the washers and sleeves have bedded in and need to be torqued again or do you think it could be another problem?
