Bad sync 3 update causing intermittent fualts

Featured Replies

Hi I'm new here and have just brought a 2017 S Max titanuim sport 2.0 TDCI , It is a fantastic car until I decided to update my SYNC 3 to the latest version on cyanlabs unfortunatly i only read the bit about updating in stages after i had already gone straight to the lates version. Now my Nav is not working and i'm getting randon faults pop up and clear but the main one is the tyre monitoring system failure. I have down loaded forscan and have a OBD adapter but am unsure about how to fix the issue and dont want to brick the APIM or make things worse. I have tried to follow the re install guide on cyanlabs but the sync unit just ignores my usb stick .

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Mark.
