Unless your tracking the car or doing it for looks then upgrade pads, fluid and hoses should be enough of an improvement.

  • Well I've finally done it. Got the Mountune 215 upgrade done at Ford Fair this afternoon only took them about 40 minutes, in fact it took longer to queue this morning to order and pay than the fitting

I don't plan on doing tracks as its my daily drive but want to do Nurbergring at some point it's more for looks really which is why spending over £1500 isn't really an option

Both look good tbh, I like the yellow hose on the blue one to brings more colour into the engine bay. Gloss might look ok but I think if it was blue it would look better! My engine bay cost a lot the way it looks atm so I can't imagine the price for both of them!

Don't puma speed do an upgrade kit for disc and pads? Though it was only a few hundred pound too.

No not for me. Don't get me wrong I do want a performance improvement from them but not necessarily up to track standard. I just find the stock ones can fade a little after a hard drive around those country roads we all love.

Yes I'm well chuffed just got to get the coolant cover done and I'm pretty much there with paint mods in the engine bay.

It looks great, mate! I really do like the engine bay mods, but I don't go opening my bonnet enough to justify looking into it :P

Yes I'm going to put a blue coolant cover on and I'm considering silicon hoses but not certain of the colour yet. Might go with mountune yellow as a contrast to the blue

Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC mobile app

Yeah I'm going to be doing the same with my engine bay too. Just going to get a few more mountune parts first.

I need the boost and coolant hoses in yellow to match my induction one. Yeah I definitely go with the yellow to bring some more colour on the engine bay!
