Should have an m or v code on radio depending on age of radio. Should be on radio somwhere

Hi, thank you for replies. It's the old type out of a 1986 XR2 so no M or V serial number. It's only a 3 digit code too????

it sounds like you require a A,C and L decoder which do the earlier codes.

Thanks for reply mintalkin, yes I think that's what I need. I found one one the internet but it let me enter serial number but would generate code?

For reference, these codes can be obtained from ebay, you will require the serial number of the radio in question, but as Stoney said, code provision and requests is not supported by this forum and breach of these rules will result in disciplinary action.

Please note that this extends beyond just provision of codes, but can also be applicable to posts where you redirect members to a specific source of obtaining codes, this can include but is not limited to direct sellers, and online video's showing you how to complete this process.

Sorry, i didnt know that radio code information was not allowed.

We can guide you by saying check ebay or other forums may allow them however we will not provide the codes on this forum.
