Intake Problem?

Featured Replies

HI

A couple of days ago I decided to change out the PCV valve and hose on my wife's 2005 ford focus zx4, Everything seemed to go okay, Pulled the intake off and replaced PCV valve and hose, Decided when I was in there to do all the vacuum lines, I bought some throttle body cleaner and cleaned the TH, I replaced the intake gaskets with new ones, After reinstalling everything and starting the vehicle I noticed the throttle was sticking, When I hit the gas pedal the throttle sticks wide open until I turn off the key, I removed the intake again today thinking maybe I had broken loose one of the intake paddles or broke the actuator linkage" But both seem to be working right though they could use a good cleaning, Upon visual inspection of the manifold I can not see anything wrong with it, My hope is that somebody has had this problem and can tell me how to solve it.
