    Hi. I noticed your post was in April. I have completed the survey for a couple of my local dealers, but was wondering what the expected timeframe is for collating results? It would be interesting to see what other dealers are like.

    Thanks for taking part in the survey. The survey is for 2015 and we have quite a lot of data to sift through with so many UK Ford dealers, but we're hoping to release the results by the end of the year :)

    did not do the survey as I do not use a ford dealer allways have my cars repaired at my mates garage

    Does anyone read stickies?  I thought everyone scrolled past them like the Terms and Conditions on every app that we all ignore...in fact, I'm only now reading some of the titles for the first time after you've pointed it out.

    I agree that most on here are unnecessary or out of date and could be cleaned up.  Maybe Linds just volunteered to do it... :biggrin:
