My friend has just bought a fusion and cant get the radio/cd to work,she says a small light comes on but nothing else,screen is blank,is there a code for these or an extra fuse,any ideas.

    depending on the stereo there is normally a fuse in the back of the unit, I suspect the issue she is seeing is down to a faulty board and or ribbon. It would need repairing, but in all honesty, getting a new unit is probably more cost efficient and an aftermarket will likely give a better functionality.

    Do not go to Ford for a new radio, they will charge you £600 plus.

    Search ebay for a decent pre-owned one and save yourself a wedge of cash.
