Selling Car Advice

Featured Replies

Hello

I am looking to sell my Ford Focus 08 plate with approx 90K miles on the clock. It is a 2.0L Titanium and looks sporty as has standard upgraded alloys and tints.

However, the car has no remote central locking key. Do you think I should go to the expense of obtaining a remote central locking key for this car? The cost would be approx £120.00

Thanks

Hi Louis,

For value, yes buy a remote, as the titanium should have the remote central locking.

As for the cost, dont pay ford.

Check out my signature (click my guides) and check my guides for the key one, I got a new key for a little amount, (about £40 with a bit of recycling) even then you could get a remote key for about £70 if not a bit less.
