This is for anyone who gets a discount of ford cars with the privilege scheme. Not sure if this has been posted already..

I went into my dealer yesterday to look at getting an order in for my next car so that it arrives bang on the day my 9 months is up. They told me that there will soon be changes to the discount offered through the privilege scheme and seemed to think the Focus (ST at least) will be staying the same (£1700) but you can get free metallic paint. The Fiesta (ST at least) would be dropping down to £1200 but again you can get free metallic paint.

The reason for this is because they end up with tonnes of cars in the standard free paint and want to encourage people to get the metallic.
