I am wondering where the best place to get my 4 year old CMax serviced in the Hertfordshire area. Nearest place who does manufacturer service is Evans Halshaw (not heard great things), after that its Potter Bar (Trust) or Hemel (Sky). Is it worth getting a manufacturers stamp anyway?

    You could use an independent garage and ask for genuine Ford parts to be used as another option.

    StAlbansGuru, give KS & KG Tyler motor engineers a call, they are located in Cravells Road in Southdown, Harpenden. They are very reliable. I know them personally.

    Just tell them that you want genuine parts used.

    St. Albans Car care (SCC performance) get good reviews mainly for the tuning side but they do work on all cars, lots of RS and ST owners have their servicing done there.
