A few months ago I contacted Bristol street about my side skirt of my car coming loose, they mentioned it would need removing altogether and then reattaching from scratch, it was a warranty matter so not to worry they'd sort it out, leave with them etc...

Well six whole weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call them up, oh it'll still be a bit longer.

So I call ford directly, who tell me they'll chase it

Well I get a phone call today from Ford, a whole two months after I initially visited BSM, telling me BSM are now claiming they haven't seen the car at all....

Arghhh!!!! Give me strength!

    you sound supprised? ive had very good and very bad dealings with bsm. all depends on which one ive delt with.

    That's shocking customer service from BSM. If I were you I'd go to another Ford dealer to have it sorted, because warranty repairs can be done at any dealer.

    I'm going to try that tbh

    Even though the dealership I bought the car from is further away (41miles to be precise), I fancy going there as their customer service was second to none when the car was on order
