Hello to All,

I have just signed up to this site as my thirst for fords has recently been resurrected !

In my early days of driving I owned a Mk2 Escort 1600 Ghia, Mk3 Escort GL, Mk3 Escort XR3I Lookalike and following these also owned a few fiestas, a cortina estate, an Orion and my last owned ford was a Fiesta Ghia about 11 years ago.

Since then have owned several "Family" types of cars due to having kids and the current whip is a Honda CRV.

I have been trying to convince the wife to let me have a 1990's RS Turbo as a "Toy" for a while but have never seen anything that floated my boat or was in the right price range.

Well now my current lease vehicle is due to be returned in 2 months and I have 2, not 1 but 2 new fords on order.

The car that is to be the new Everyday driver is a Mustang 5.0 GT fastback, deposit all paid and looking at a delivery date in quarter 1 of 2016. This will be my New "Baby" as my son is now coming up to driving age, and this is the reason for the second car on order. In september I will be the owner of a Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost Zetec S Red Edition, cant wait for this pocket rocket !.

Anyway, now looking to relive my youth and hopefully my boy will enjoy the fiesta and we can go cruising once the Mustang comes next year.
