Ford Galaxy Childminder Mirror

I've got a 13 plate Galaxy. I've also got 4 grandkids under 4 years old, so the empty space where the childminder mirror should be is a mystery. My local Ford dealer has never even heard of them which surprised me. The fact that I can't find one anywhere online both surprises & irritates me no end.

Can any of you lovely people point me in the right direction please? I live near Dover.

    Yes bud. That's the surround but it doesn't come with a mirror. I have two 13 plates & both are empty. My daughter has an 07 Ghia & there is one in hers

    Hmmm interesting stoney & thanks,but, why would I want a complete new console? All I want is a mirror. Do Ford's think we're made of money?

    May be wrong here but I thought the child observation mirror was an option, well part of the family pack option (build in sun blinds etc) therefore if your car does not have it already then they will charge you for a new console

    The mirror is not listed seperately to the console so unfortunately it's all or nothing.

    I do believe that the console is specifically designed to take the mirror and therefore parts are not interchangeable between consoles.

    I agree that it is a bit of a cheek and it would be far better if you could swap the mirror and sunglasses holder over using the same base console design.

    Do you know if I can replace this part of my overhead console (2014 Titanium X with roof boxes) with the one that has the Sunglasses holder instead of the mirror?
