No Mods For Me For A While!

Featured Replies

Hi everyone. Im sure most of you know i keep mentioning getting Bluefin, exhaust, intercooler, 19's etc and havent really been very proactive apart from a K&N. There has been a reason ive been stalling taking the plunge and i am now excited to say that i am going to be a first time dad!:D

Im glad i didnt listen to my wife now as she told me to just order it all as she thought it was never going to happen. 4 tests yesterday have definitely confirmed it though!

Cangratulations to you and your wife.

Tbh you best buy all the mods now as you won't have any spare cash for about 18 years ;)

Congratulations.

Cheers Stoney and Zico. Yeah, im planning on being very skint indeed! Im sure a baby will take my mind off modding the car though!:)

You can always plan mod related gifts to the baby for any baby shower ;)

I reckon the sound of a new exhaust and intercooler will be relaxing for the baby and the bluefin will get your missus to hospital faster when she's due. ;)

I like your way of thinking, now that is a sensible well thought out idea!:D

For every mod there is a good reason.

I learned to think laterally after years of justifying bits to the missus :d

Cangratulations ive three myself,

Which led to me fitting rear footwell lighting to easily find there toys in the dark when dropped,

Rear flip down monitor to entertain them on long journeys,

Its all positive :)

Congrats Wes!! :)

Thanks Lenny & Incontro!:)

congrats to you all

Congratulations to you and your Wife! You could always fit bigger wheels to the pram...and maybe an LCD screen showing Barney (or whatever the current small person TV favourite is).

...and what's this skint until they're 18 crap? My Son is 22 now and I'm still spending money on him! HAHA

Thanks to both of you. :)

Congratulations and Commiserations, been there twice now, and heading onto the third attempt. I can certainly say, sanity, sleep, money, and many other things shall now be waved off into the sunset, as little more than a once upon a time romance :p

You will love it though matey, plus get the little one trained up early and you can have an apprentice for the mods :p

Cheers James. Cant be that bad if youre going for a 3rd! I am looking forward to the future years already when i will have a little helper with all the usual jobs. Good luck to you both trying for number 3! :)

Haha my kids love my seat, they always try to climb in whenever we head to the car. Most kids fight over who rides shotgun... Not my kids lol.

As for number 3,lets just say I plead clinical insanity...

My fella's two small for climbing yet, on the bigger picture; vicki was holding him

The two girls fight over whom gets to sit beside him in the back and feed him bottles,

Tis handy having them back there to entertain him on long journeys,

Had i two boys then a girl; i dont think they would be as helpful or enthusiastic about entertaining a baby

But having the third is easier when the first two help aswell.

Congrats WES. :)
