    In an attempt to try get this topic back on course.....

    The gardai in Ireland are always smothered with people taking there phones out and recording them any time they respond this mainly happens at water protests though so stoney I would say dis also happens in England yea how do you put up with it I'd say you want to take the phone and smash it on the ground

    At the end of the day there is no ruling concerning filming in a public place.

    That being said, it is annoying when some tool sticks a phone in your face whilst insulting you, hoping for a reaction that they can stick online thus dropping you in the crap.

    You just humour the little shizzs and ensure you do everything by the book.

    Personally I'd quite merrily cram it up their rear echelon.
