The manual says I should have power steering icon flash on dashboard when ignition on, and if it doesnt appear then to get it fixed. Well I don't have the light on my car and when I rang the garage they said it might not feature in all models. No-one actually seems to be able to log into a computer system and find out what a model of car has exactly?? :S

Can anyone with a similar car to mine confirm if they get the power steering light? Would really appreciate it! I've got a Focus 1.6 petrol Zetec 5dr built late 2010.

    Panic over. Because my car is not electric power steering the symbol for this won't light up. All is normal :)
