hi there last dec. we bought a pre-registered fiesta 1.25cc i love it apart from the petrol consumption as im only getting on average approx 30-35 m.p.g and thought it should do more.(i,ve only done 3,000 miles so maybe it will improve) yesterday my wife accidently dropped some pound coins onto the centre console, where the handbrake is. they landed on the flexible rubber bit just behind the handbrake and slid down and dissapeared like we were putting money in a slot machine.i can.t see how to undo the plastic console, to retrieve them has anyone any ideas as they certainly were not under the car.i am usually quite handy at car maintainance but this has certainly stumped me.any help would be appreciated,regards steve
