Hi All,

I have a quick question around getting power in the headlining.

I've bought a dashcam and want to wire it in with a permanent power supply. I've bought this adaptor and would like to wire this in with the adapter and have the wire pop out just above the rear view mirror.

If anyone knows that would be great.

    Run the power cable across the top of the windscreen tucked up between the roof and headliner.

    Take the wire down the passenger side A pillar and down to the fuseboard.

    If you use a fusetap then you can put it into an ignition live slot (usually people use the socket that supplies the rear wiper).
