Mk2 Interior Light

As far as I know, the Light gets an earth from the door switches. It's constant 12v & it has a constant earth connected to the manual switch, then a switched earth coming from the doors.

They're both technically switched but im trying to simplify it

I honestly have no idea what's wrong with it. Dads got the car tomorrow to look at so. Hopefully he finds the problem. More bothered about mods than my light rn looks over practicality aye
