Hi all

Just a message to introduce myself as a new member. Recently got a Mondeo Mk4 1.8 TDCi Titanium X hatch. I have had Mondeos before - MK2 & 3 - and loved them. I have to say the Mk4 has taken this model to a new level. It feels and looks like a more expensive vehicle (a lot of car for your money) fantastic spec, great safety features, 50mpg on a run. All this and from the outside it looks quite ordinary to a lot of people who get fooled by the badge which is not of German origin. This is all great as it doesn't seem to provoke jealous vandalism (touch wood) but inside the car you are wafted along in some luxury. Only had the car a couple of weeks but I just love driving it. Have read the Forums here and the Members are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - some are also very funny. Looking forward to spending a bit of time here - especially on those dark, miserable winter evenings.
