How Do I Clean Out My Intercooler?

Hi Guys, I`ve just replaced my turbo on my 2003 Galaxy TDI. I lost most of my oil and assume its in my intercooler as it is still smoking like crazy. Is there a way of removing the oil without the need for removing it? Thanks in advance for any contributions.

    A flamethrower.

    Only way is to take it off rinse through with a solvent then fill with a strong caustic solution then rinse and dry thoroughly
